My 20 Seconds of Courage

"20 seconds of courage"

Just finished watching this movie titled "We Bought A Zoo" starring Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson and this line stuck to me.

I'm opening up the blog again after quite a long hiatus, 11 years to be exact, with a line from a movie shown two years before I even started blogging.

It feels awkward to say the least, like meeting with a friend who has been out of touch for a while and you cannot find anything to talk about.

"Thank you for your time and I look forward to your next visit."

That's what I want to wish you and your family whenever you come to read about my amazing adventures. Because this is what I am doing from here on out.

From this day, I will write about how amazing you are and how amazing your day is going to be. With this spark of courage, I am going to put myself out there and write about this day, this dream, this project, this prayer and this blessing. As Matt Damon in the movie says, "You know, sometimes all you need is 20 seconds of insane courage, just literally 20 seconds of embarrassing bravery, and I promise you something great will come of it." 

NO drama. This is me hoping that something great will come out of this. So..
